Policies

It's pretty much guaranteed that you will have the time of your life as you take in the city on our giant party on wheels, but before the fun begins we have a few policies and forms to go over. Please feel free to download the PDFs, fill them out and email signed copies over to tracy@partypedaler.com or you can bring them with you on the day of the ride. Cancellations

Tours are non-refundable unless you cancel 30 days prior. Tours run rain or shine. Inclimate weather will be called by the Party Pedaler. In these cases we will reschedule your tour within 30 days and will always chat with you about logistics and future dates!

You have not lived till you've PARTIED in the rain!

Deposits

Tours must be paid in full before the day of your ride. You will receive an email confirmation before your date and time is secure. If you do not receive one contact us at tracy@partypedaler.com

Payment

The credit card on file will be charged the full cost of the reservation prior to the tour. It is your responsibility to ensure that other members of your party reimburse you for their portion of the cost.

There should be one spokesperson for your party to insure all policies and proper communication is had with the pilot during your Charlotte tour and or pub/bar crawl. Please refer to the liability waiver for additional information and polices for the spokesperson to insure no unnecessary charges are incurred.

In case your party people need to split the payment up onto several credit cards we will work with you! Just speak up and let's chat about it!

Abandonment

Because the Party Pedaler is pedal-powered, abandonment before the end of the tour will result in a $500.00 penalty charged to the credit card on file.

Reservation Policy

All reservations booked online are considered tentative until you receive an email confirmation that your tour has been booked and the deposit is received.

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
  • If you would like to make a same-day reservation, please call 704-453-4494.
  • All members of your tour party should arrive 30 minutes prior to tour start time.

In rare cases, you may be asked to start your tour earlier or later to accommodate as many tours as possible in a day.

Inappropriate Behaviors

Inappropriate Behaviors will result in early termination of your tour and a $200 penalty.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • JUMPING ON AND OFF THE BIKE WHILE MOVING OR AT A COMPLETE STOP! Traffic can be heavy on our routes and we want all our pedalers to be safe and have a great time! SWINGING OFF the canopy while moving or at a complete stop is prohibited! If any of the inappropriate behavior is demonstrated WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE!
    • PARTY PEDALER WANTS EVERYONE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND THE MOST MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE ON YOUR TOUR! PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY AND RESPECT THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS INVOLVED! THE BIKE IS A LARGE OPEN AIRED MOVING VEHICLE ON THE OPEN ROADS!
      • Extreme intoxication
      • Giving alcohol to non-passengers
      • Public urination
      • Littering
      • Excessive noise
      • Obscene or vulgar language
      • Loitering more than 10 minutes after tour

      Alcohol and Food

      Please feel free to bring your favorite drinks (non alcoholic) as long as they are not in a glass container. Solo cups are the best idea for your beverages on the Party Pedaler. You may bring you BYOB ( beer and wine) to our tailgating facility before your tour! Bring any snacks on our party bike and take advantage of the special offers that we have worked out with our partners.

      You can always book your tour by going to our Book Now page. You will receive an email confirmation along with a reservation form to complete your booking. Fill out the form and send it back to us via our contact information provided on the form.

      Party Pedaler Family Tour Release of Liability Download

      Riders participating on a Family Tour must read and sign the Party Pedaler Family Tour Release of Liability. You may download and photocopy this form, and have it signed by riders in advance.

      Passenger Release of Liability and Alcohol Waiver Download

      All riders must provide photo ID at the time of Charlotte pub crawl tour, and must read and sign the Party Pedaler Release of Liability Waiver. You may download and photocopy this form, and have it signed by riders in advance.
